En cas de besoin, vous pouvez être mis en relation téléphonique avec un médecin francophone. Celui-ci jouera un rôle d'écoute, de conseil, et pourra intervenir pour vous auprès des acteurs médicaux locaux (prise de RV...) C'est un service très rassurant et très utile pour les expatriés.
