The slopes at Baiqingzhai are the only venue in Shenyang that can host international professional ski competitions. This location has a freestyle skiing venue, U-shaped venue, alpine skiing (including beginner, intermediate & advanced ski slopes), snow play area, ice play area, which will certainly offer you an excellent place for fun.

Also, a reader emailed us this about skiing near here - The Nea Skiing location (Shenyang National Forest Parl) opened another two slopes. If you bring your own equipment, 115 RMB per day.
