New Products at Carrefour

I was very happy to see these new products in the section near imported cheese and yogurt at the Wenhua Lu Carrefour this week.  Pate Feuilletee is a puff pastry.  Pate Brisee is pie or tart crust.  These products are raw dough and you can just roll them out into your pan and bake them as directed.  There are French cooking directions on the package.  If you do not understand them, just type them into Google Translate or Bing Translate.  Such convenient imported ingredients if you are interested.
