After splendid spring and refreshing summer, autumn comes. When egg pappardelle meets walnuts sauce, they are tangled together tightly. With sour and sweet lemon sauce, braised Australian veal ossobuco will bring you a pleasant taste.      

In winter, foie gras mousse ravioli, Black Angus tenderloin, shaved Yunnan truffle and extra virgin oil which are from different countries and will bring you a good health and delicious taste.
