Public bike in Shenyang

Shenyang starts to trying public bike system. From September 22th, some bicycles have been put into servie, you can borrow it with a card. The card of 300yuan could be bought on 1st floor of Bai Lian Mall (百联购物中心) which is situated on Qing Nian Da Jie....
