Halloween and Christmas Decorations at Xiao Dong Market

There is a shop on the 3rd floor of the Xiao Dong Market (next to Decathlon) that has some beautiful Christmas & Halloween decorations and lanterns. She did not have any business cards, but here are photos and the hand-written address. Very nice shop....

Best DVD shop in Shenyang

From an expat friend - If you are looking for a new computer, visit this place. At least 3 expats have had a new computer built. He does good work, is fair and honest with his prices, and he speaks OK English. He can also get you some other basic electronics...
